Tarta tutti-frutti tamaño mini (unos 3-4cm)

Nota: Para poder "pegar" las rodajas de fruta en la base he utilizado Fimo líquido.

Top tip: In order to "stick" the fruit slices to the base, I've used some Fimo liquid.

Mmmmmm.... una deliciosa tarta de queso y limón para golosos!! Esta es un broche de unos 3cm  de ancho más o menos. Aunque parezca apetitosa no se come!! Como véis tiene rodajitas de limón que compré a parte y son tan realistas.... me encantan!

Yummmm... a delicious lemon cheesecake for sweet lovers!! This is a brooch of approximately 3 cm wide. Although it looks dreamingly delicious it is not edible ;) You can see I've used the fimo lemon slices I bought and they look very realistic... I love them!!

¡Tartas de fresa!

Esta es la primera entrada sobre tartas de frutas.... y las que quedan por venir!! Con el Fimo líquido y las rodajitas de frutas que compré, estoy haciendo muchísimas tartitas de frutas ^^ ricas ricas!

Estas en concreto son de las primeras tartas de fruta que hice y son de tamaño pequeño para colgar en el móvil, bolso....

En futuras entradas iré colgando broches que he ido haciendo también de frutas :D no os los perdáis!!

This is the first of many posts about fruit tarts....there are many more to come!! With the liquid Fimo and the fruit slices I bought, I'm making lots and lots of fruit tarts ^^ Yummy yum!

These are the first tarts I made and they are small but perfect as cell phone charms.

In future posts I will also upload some brooches I've been making, inspired also by fruit tarts :D don't miss them!!

Esta sí que me ha salido bien! Con las otras no estaba tan convencida pero con esta creo que he logrado perfeccionar la técnica lo suficiente como para estar satisfecha. He colocado flores diferentes para diferentes gustos. Ñam ñam!!

My third cake!! (Perfect as cell phone charms)

I really like how it came out! With the other two cakes I wasn’t 100% convinced that they looked perfect but now I think I’m finally mastering the technique and I feel pleased with the result. I’ve decorated each portion with different flowers. Om nom nom!

¡Hoy mi blog se viste de fiesta y os traigo una tarta de golosinas para celebrar este primer año!

Echando la vista atrás la verdad es que quedo satisfecha de todos los logros que he ido introduciendo en este blog, tanto a nivel personal como artesanal. Todo empezó casi por casualidad, porque un día me apeteció el probar la costura y ahora, tras probar el fieltro y el fimo por primera vez he comenzado mis andanzas también en el mundo del comercio. ¡¡Todo en un mismo año!! y si no fuera suficiente, en este año he adoptado a Moncho al cual quiero mucho (mucho mucho). 

Me gustaría agradecer a todos los que me hayáis seguido desde el comienzo, o los que os hayáis ido incorporando en el camino, vuestros comentarios y visitas tanto en el blog como en youtube y a los que os hayáis atrevido con alguna compra agradezco vuestra confianza y espero que disfrutéis de mis creaciones durante mucho tiempo.

Today I would like to celebrate with you a special birthday so I've brought a candy cake!


I would like to take a couple of lines to look back at all the things I've done craft-wise during this last year. I feel satisfied both on the personal and the craft-wise aspects of this blog and its contents. It all started casually, when I decided one day I was going to try sewing and now, after trying using felt and Fimo, I've started my journey in the market. All of it in a single year! And if that weren't enough, I adopted Moncho (whom I love very very very much) this year as well.


I would like to thank everyone who has been travelling with me since the start of this adventure, and those who have joined in a little later on, for your comments and your visits both here and in youtube. And also mention those who have decided to trust me by buying one or more of my creations. I am very thankfu because you really make me want to continue! I hope you may enjoy my creations for a long time.

Tarta de café

Os presento mi primera creación con Fimo, una tarta de café. Fue lo primero que hice y que llevaba mucho tiempo planeando. La verdad es que no tiene mala pinta. ¡Ñam, ñam! 

Como las porciones son más bién pequeñas, las he usado como colgantes para el móvil.

Mi primer contacto con el Fimo (Fimo soft) resultó ser bastante bueno al final, aunque me pareció más duro que la plastelina o la arcilla. Los colores tardan un pelín en mezclarse pero los colores quedan homogéneos y aunque cambién un poco cuando se hornean se puede controlar con el tiempo de horneado y la temperatura (que aún estoy intentando controlar...).

I present to you my firs Fimo creation, a coffee cake. It was the firt thing I did with Fimo and I had it planned for a very long time. The truth is it doen't look bad at all. Om nom nom!!

Because the portions are quite small, I've used them as cell phone charms.

My first contact with Fimo (Fimo soft) was quite good in the end; even though it felt harder to handle than other doughs or clays. Colours take a bit long to mix but with a bit of patience the colours end up bright and homogeneous. Even though colours change in the oven, this can be controlled by varying the time left in the oven and the temperature (I am still working on this...).
